When you submit an entry you also give us the names and email addresses of your team members and your supervisor. Please make sure they are aware of this and agree to it. This information is not shown to judges.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and evaluate your submissions for the awards program.
- Communicate with you regarding your account, entries, and updates.
- Issue certificates of participation, printed with names exactly as submitted, and email them to you, your team members and your supervisor.
- Maintain platform security and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your submissions and necessary identifying information with our judging panel solely for the purpose of evaluation. We may also display winning entries publicly, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and submissions for the duration of the awards cycle and for historical archiving purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting support, which removes your personal identifying information from active systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
